Using triggers with embedded Youtube video
I am creating a Storyline course where I have the player disabled. I have an embedded Youtube video and I can't seem to get triggers to work with it.
Basically I would like when the video ends, for a new layer to launch. The new layer will have the button to advance on to the next slide. Although I've set up a trigger that says "When online video completes, launch layer next-button", it does not seem to be working. The video just ends and the layer is not launching. This means there's no way for the learner to get to the next slide.
I'd also like to be able to auto-play the YouTube video when the slide starts but this is less important.
Does anyone have any solutions or work-arounds?

If the video is playing from the YouTube server, the trigger you're using won't work. This article can help you achieve what you're trying to do:
