Hey there - I am having a few issues with SL360.
1) Public Sans is showing us as bold (when I bold it) in the slide while building, but not showing up in the actual Preview when I view what it will look like when played.
2) My video quality on inserted videos is great while building and previewing, but not after I publish.
Any thought on either of these?

Are you comfortable sharing your .story file with us so we can investigate what's happening with the font? You can use the upload link included in the support email to share your project. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
