Videos doesn't work.

I want to insert 3 seconds long, 500 kb in size, mp4 video on my slides. But when I insert the video I can't preview and can't play the in preview or after publish. And on Media Library it shows video is 0 seconds long. How can I solve this?

    Is this issue happening with one specific video or multiple videos? If it's only one video, would you be willing to share that file with us? We'd be happy to take a look and conduct further testing.
