weird problem with capital F
When I type a word that starts with a capital F, sometimes Rise automatically puts a long space before the next letter. I've tried typing it in fresh, copying content from a Word document, etc. Any ideas why this happens and what I can do to correct it? In the screenshot below, I need to capitalize the word 'Fraction' but can't get rid of the space.

Hello csarafin,
Thanks for reaching out!
I don't see other users reporting this issue, so I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify the behavior.
- Does the issue still occur after clearing your browser's cache?
- Can you replicate the behavior using a different browser to access Rise 360?
- Is your operating system and browsers up-to-date?
If clearing the cache or using other browsers doesn't fix the issue, please open a case with our support team here so we can have a support engineer check what's adding the tab to your text.

Thanks for following up. It seems to carry over some hidden formatting when I paste from Word. I have to completely delete that line of text and retype the word or phrase in Rise in order for the extra space to disappear.

If you are using the Chrome/Edge browsers, in Rise right-click in the block where you want to paste the text coped from Word, and choose Paste as plain text.
That will strip out any Word formatting.
