"We're unable to verify your submission. Please try again. If you need more help, please contact support.

Hey there. I have an issue with a client trying to set up an account so they can review my e-learning package. They get this error:

"We're unable to verify your submission. Please try again. If you need more help, please contact support." after entering her email address.

Any ideas why this is happening?
