I sent a review course to my teammates and one of them is getting the error message, "We're unable to verify your submission.  Please try again.  If you need more help, please contact support." after entering her email address.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing that you have a client experiencing the same error.

I took a look at the case I worked on with Cindy and we learned that her client already had an Articulate ID and password, which is why they were getting an error when creating an account.
