What happens to Fonts?

Thank you for attaching screenshots of what you're noticing! I also see that the font is the same, but it is displayed differently on both of your project files. When working on the project, are you also downloading the .story file to your local drive before opening it? If not, I'd recommend downloading the file because what you are experiencing might occur if a file is still downloaded to a shared drive while editing.
Also, are both of you using the same version of Storyline 360? If not, you might consider updating Storyline 360 to make sure you are working on the project using the same version.
We'll start there and continue troubleshooting if either one of those suggestions doesn't do the trick!
