Why are your support services so disgustingly bad!

I have so many issues with your support services but let's start with the following 3:

  1. You don't update your status reports truthfully or in a timely fashion.
  2. You don't make support readily available. I have been unable to contact anyone for support despite my company having a Teams account. I could not locate the live chat function!
  3. It takes in excess of 6 years for you to date some of the most basic feature requests.

I'm fuming today because your servers have been down or something like that and I have not been able to log in for hours. However, the worst thing is that I wasted hours trying to fix this and wasted the time of my IT support because your status updates said there was nothing wrong at your end. I had to find a third party status monitor to discover that you were having issues!!!!

The worst thing is that all of your support is locked behind the login (or so I thought being unable to find the live chart function) so I could bnot access the support because I could not log in!!!!

  • I struggled to find anything reported online by Articulate but luckily people were sharing the same reported issue on here otherwise would not of known that this was a wider issue.  Its working for us now, hopefully for you to.  Someone has also has kindly shared this article https://www.independent.co.uk/tech/aws-amazon-internet-outage-latest-updates-b2848345.html

  • And in a correction to my previous post. I can access the so called 'Live Chat' but I didn't think it was the right thing because it was just a bot and when I asked it, even the bot didn't know it was supposed to be the live chat support.

    I also asked it to connect me with a live agent but it said none were available.
