Can I ask if you've checked your slides to see if certain actions or events get triggered more than once? Based on your screenshot, it looks like the duplicate items have slightly different timestamps, indicating that they aren't exact duplicates, but possibly events that occurred in quick succession. 

Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
