Review 360 Stuck - This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready.

Jun 14, 2021

Hello-I published a Storyline 360 course to Review 360, tested it on Friday, 6.11.21 and it was working. It is now stuck with the message "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." I do not see an error message that the site is down. My stakeholders are reviewing today. Here's the link:

Hi, everyone,

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to publish to Review 360! We're currently investigating an outage that affects publishing from the desktop apps to Review 360. You can stay up to date on our progress and subscribe for updates on our status page:

I'll also come back to update this discussion when a fix is in place!

I appreciate the update, Carol.

We did have an incident, but things are looking good now.

Review 360 items are processing normally again. We're continuing to monitor the performance, and we'll let you know once we're fully resolved.

You can always follow our status here, and please let us know if you run into any more trouble.

Greetings I am having issues with my project in Storyline. Upon publishing my project I receive a message that states: "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready." Please help.

Hi, Johnnie.

I'm happy to help you troubleshoot!

Is this happening with every file you attempt to publish to Review 360, or a specific one?

As Leslie mentioned above, we had an incident a few weeks ago, but Review 360 has been working without any issues since then. You can check the status here

If you're still experiencing this and it's on a specific file, I recommend sharing the .story file with us through a case so we can investigate this further.

I also wanted to add a quick note: it looks like your signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove it by clicking 'Edit' below your response. Here's a quick Peek 360 video if you need help.
