Hi there, I'm trying to add a vimeo link - adding a multimedia embed block. When I try to change the link, the paste url box only flashes on the screen - I have no time to paste the link. Help!

Hi, @Alyssa Gomez! I've generated a URL from Vimeo Pro, following this path in Vimeo: Video settings > Distribution > Video File Links > Play the video > High def 1080 > Copy link
However, when I tried to embed it in Multimedia embed in Rise, there was the following error: We are unable to generate an embed for this URL. Please check that the URL is valid and the content is publicly accessible.
Can you tell me how I should generate the link to work with Rise? Thank you!

Don't use the Code Snippet block; it does nothing.
Create a Multimedia EMBED block and just paste the Vimeo file info in the URL, .e.g. https://vimeo.com/259411563

Please delete the multimedia embed block, then log out/log back into Rise 360. Add a new multimedia embed block, and let me know if that solves it!
