Best Practices for Courses with Video in SumTotal TotalLMS

Hi Friends,

I am working with a client that uses SumTotal as their LMS. When users view videos they are opened in a new tab and when closed the course reboots. What are your best practices for courses with videos in SumTotal. We are using Rise 360. Should we:

• Embed the videos (risk a really big file)
• Link to the videos in MS Streams, Panopto, other

Also, we are linking to LinkedInLearning videos within the course. What are your best practices for linking to a single video within a LIL course?
