Courses not showing as complete in LMS
We use LMS365 as our LMS platform and are using Rise SCORM packages as our primary resource for building content. We have been having issues with learners completing courses but not showing as completed in LMS. When meeting with our LMS rep about this concern they mentioned this is an ongoing issue with Rise SCORM packages specifically and not a glitch in LMS365. Has anyone else had this issue, and is this actively being worked on in Rise?

Hi Becky! To make sure there isn't a conflict with your publish settings for your LMS, I suggest testing your SCORM package on SCORM Cloud with debug mode enabled for testing Rise 360 LMS output files.
If your course works properly at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, please open a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue with your findings. They’ll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems.If your Rise 360 content doesn’t play, resume, or track correctly at SCORM Cloud, please submit a case so we can take a closer look! Be sure to include a copy of your project file so we can reproduce the problem.

As my teammate Renz shared, a helpful first step would be testing how the course performs in SCORM Cloud. If the course works as expected when testing in SCORM Cloud, then the issue is likely LMS-related. If the same issues can be observed when testing in SCORM Cloud, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.
