how to change the text font size and colour for section heading and lesson titles

Hi, Liz! Your image didn't come through in your post, but if you're talking about the lesson title at the top of your Rise 360 lesson, there's, unfortunately, no way to modify how that text displays. The same is true for section and lesson titles in the course outline. 

If you have time to log a feature request and tell us more about how you'd like it to work, that would be super helpful!

Karl is correct, there's not currently an option to change the size and font for menu items.

You cannot change the font, font size, or colour of Lesson titles.

Does this include the font color of "Heading" blocks, as circled in attachment? I can change the background color of this block but not the font itself?

The circled text can be formatted both for size and color. 

Select the text and the text formatting toolbar should appear.
