Point and click navigation in Rise (Embedded)

We have been asked by our clients to make our courses more interactive. (We are, and will continue to use the blocks), but we need more interactivity.

I would like to use thumbnails to 'point and click' to navigate and branch to set sections within our courses (these could be for defined role-based needs etc), and to achieve this I would like to use the iframe function <iframe> </iframe>, the way we do when we embed our Microsoft Forms evaluations directly within the course. 

We have looked at using CANVA to embed a URL, but RISE does not like the 'open' link to view the URL. Can you recommend a method of adding point and click navigation, or recommend a WYSIWYG web-based editor to allow me to build a navigable interactive that can be embedded in RISE.
