Two years ago, my company had a subscription on Articulate which has now expired. Half a year ago, we started a new subscription, and now we need access to a project that can only be found on the expired account... Is there any way to retrieve that project? Is it possible to open up an expired account and transfer the project to our present account...? We have the login and password, but there is no access...
