I need to imped a quiz question asking if learners found the course useful (Yes/No). It needs to be a quiz because we are loading to Precipio platform and we only get output from Quiz answers. Is there a better way to do this? I don't want the anwer designated as "right/wrong." I would prefer a Multi-Choice question format but as a work around, we have made these fill in the blank with either Yes or No as a "correct" answer. But is odd when these are scored as "correct" and are added to the quiz score.
