Hi. I've just created a RISE360 course which I'm trying to export as a SCORM 1.2 package. When I try to export it, it comes up with the following message:
"Something went wrong. There was an error exporting this course. Please try again."
I've tried multiple times, and it still won't export. I also created a duplicate to see if that would export, but I had the same error message.
Hi Laura! Are you seeing a "Something Went Wrong" error when exporting your Rise 360 course? If so, our team is working on a fix for this problem as we speak. As soon as it is resolved, we'll let you know!
Hi Laura, thanks for letting us know about this, and sorry if this is holding you back! We've got this documented and we're monitoring the situation. Once we have an update for you, we'll let you know when you can try this again for that course you're having trouble with.
In the meantime, if you really need to export the course soon, the immediate work-around is to divide the course into smaller parts.

Hey Ben! I'm sorry you've hit this roadblock!
Please try logging out of Rise 360, then logging back in. If that doesn't help, please try using a different web browser.
If you're still getting stuck, our Support team is standing by to help. You can start a case by clicking here.
I'm having the same problem, is there any solution?

Yes, precisely that very message. However, it only happened with one of my courses. The other one I can export without issues.

Hi everyone! We resolved an issue that was causing some larger courses to fail when exporting. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do!
Hey, everyone.
I am having the same issue today. I am a bit desperate.
But I don't even get the message and it is not exporting any courses.
Can someone help?
Same issue. Tried different browsers and logging in out - also full reboot.
Not exporting to review either.
