I am uploading one video in mp4 format, uploading is successful, but when i try to preview or go to learning page its showing "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."
I have shared the video file as well, please help me to fix it.

I am having exact same issue.
I am having this issue too, Ive tried replacing the two videos in my course with this issue and it has not helped. What else can I try?
