Absolutely. I just found your suggestion when searching for a way to put in comments.
I want the functionality of a comment tag like coding languages have where I can put comments in-line. Also naming the triggers would be fabulous, which has been asked for as a feature request for several years now.
Another option would be something like the "Notes" panel but only for course developers and doesn't get exported with the course or sent to be translated or viewable by accessibility tools. That would be helpful too, if naming and commenting on triggers is too expensive to be implemented.
