Copy content from one state to all other states

Sometimes I want to start over with the states and would like to make one of the states the standard for the other states. There have been several times when small changes have been accidently made or copied across the format paint tool (this is more common when text is involved) and I would just like to make the states all the same to start fresh.  Being able to select one of the states and copying it across all the other states will be very helpful.
