Is there a way to filter comments, or identify comments that have been tagged for a specific user? The user may have added a large number of comments to Review so their name appears multiple times, but how can we identify a comment they have been specifically tagged in?10Views0likes2CommentsReview360 Experience Differs by Reviewer
I am encountering an issue with a Storyline file that is being reviewed by several people. As they review the file in Review360, they document different issues and experiences with the course. For example, one reviewer doesn't hear audio on slides with Text-to-Speech. Another documented that the Text-to-Speech narration just stops on slides for no reason. Another documented differences in the course navigation. Is this an issue with Review360 or my Storyline course? I cannot replicate these issues when I review the file in Review360.18Views0likes1CommentReview360 Not Linking Comments to Accurate Screenshots
Hello, I'm having a consistent problem where when I send a Review360 unit to a client for comments, their comments just show up sort of jumbled and aren't appropriately linked to whatever they were looking at when they made the comment. This is mostly happening with Rise360 but also sometimes happens with Storyline. I have two separate Articulate accounts (one for work and one for a freelance project) and it's happening in both. This makes it hard to figure out how to apply their feedback. You can see an example in the attached image--the screenshot it linked basically has no information and doesn't accurately represent any space in my Rise course so it's really hard to know where/how to use the feedback. I'm using Chrome, it is up to date, and I don't have any updates pending for any of my Articulate programs. How can I get these comments to link to the screenshots they are about? Thank you! I have several clients with several courses that I have uploaded to Review for SME comments and suggestions. However, I want to be able to allow the clients to access ALL the courses within a particular folder. So, instead of providing them course by course URLs, I want to provide them with a URL that brings them only to their folder. They can then choose which course to review and comment on. Also, every time I create a new course, I could drop it into the folder and not have to send them a new URL. One URL to rule them all so to speak... Up until now, I've only been able to figure out how to share individual course links. Is there a way I can get a single URL for the folder to send to the client? Hello All, Like many of you, I have various reviewers assess course content via Learning 360. One of these is telling me that in a past job, their edesigner was able to set up the course in Review such that the testers could skip the in-course questions. Is that possible? I'm not seeing a setting for that, nor have my searches here turned up anything. Thank you!10Views0likes1CommentReview 360 Links Not Working on Laptop
Hi Team, Since Friday, 21st March, I’ve been experiencing an issue with Review 360 links on my laptop. Whenever I try to open a link, I am redirected to the sign-in page. However, after entering my credentials and clicking Sign In, the page keeps buffering indefinitely. This issue seems to be specific to my laptop—I can access my account without any problems on my tablet. Steps I’ve Already Tried: • Cleared browser cache • Reset browser settings • Tried different browsers and network connections Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? If so, please let me know how you resolved it. Any guidance on fixing this would be greatly appreciated.41Views0likes1CommentIssue: Exporting New Version of Existing Review Link - Content Not Loading
We are experiencing a persistent issue when attempting to export a new version of an existing review link in Articulate Review 360. Upon initiating the export process, the system displays the message, "This item will be here automatically when ready." However, the updated content fails to load, rendering the new version inaccessible. Impact: This issue significantly hinders our workflow, as we require the ability to export updated versions of existing review links to incorporate feedback efficiently. Creating a new review link is not a viable solution due to the potential loss of valuable comments from previous reviews. Could you please help us find a good solution? We have a storyline project imported into a Rise course using Review360. We've had a few recent reports from learners that they are stuck on the opening question and no matter what they put in is determined incorrect. I accessed the Rise course and took it myself, confirming the technical issue. I initially thought this was a problem in the Storyline project, perhaps how the Submit button was placed, however beforehand I checked the project in Review360 and this problem does not exist. It operates fine. I tried reimporting it to make sure they are the same version but this major discrepancy still exists. I'm working on accessing the project file as we speak, and I'll update if I discover any further information once I have it. But at the moment the variable appears to be between the Review version and the version once imported into Rise. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!42Views0likes3Comments
