Review 360
1071 TopicsHide Reviewer content from each other
Hi, Is there a way that I can use Articulate Review to hide the comments of the reviewers from each other but have it on one link? I realize I could make a separate link for each reviewer, but then I'd have to aggregate them all for the SME- I'd love to be able to have the reviewers each make their comments but have it in one place for SME review. Hi, We have tried uploading a video to Review 360, made it a SCORM package, and downloaded it. All works well in our LMS. We will be having more such videos (each of them ranging between 10 MB to 4 GB). Instead of uploading each of them to Review 360 and downloading them as individual scorm packages, can we repurpose the originally downloaded SCORM package? That is - we will manually replace the mp4 video and the title inside imsmanifest file. We will then proceed to zip and create each SCORM package (a reuse of the other files necessary for packaging). Do we have any other solution other than this? (I know we can import each video to SL 360 and publish a SCORM file. However, this will consume a lot of time and effort given that we have dozens of videos.) I was having a chat with Articulate's Artie.ai chatbot. The chatbot informed me that i can do the same. I am attaching a screenshot of the same. I sought a confirmation from the Articulate support team. The support person sent me an email that - "We don't offer advice on customizing the published output to work in a specific LMS environment. " I do agree with this gentleman's mail. I think repurposing the package files (SCORM wrapper, API, etc. and customizing them is acceptable though it is not supported. Seeking some ideas as we will be able to save a lot of bandwdth and effort (we have dozens of videos waiting for an upload in our LMS). Hi, Is there a way of preventing the browser from storing previously typed text in a text entry zone? Whether the module is consulted on review or on an lms? Can this be configured on storyline or does it depend on the browser alone? Thanks in advance,21Views0likes2CommentsReview 360 - Comment Indicator Dot
As a trainer who designs multiple courses simultaneously, I end up having multiple modules up for review with different teams and individuals consistently. While e-mail notifications are nice, they get monotonous and repetitive and end up being ignored in the shuffle when there's a lot of content pending review. Would it be possible to somehow add an indicator dot on the module corners to show there are new/pending messages or comments waiting?12Views0likes1CommentComments Pane Disappears in Review 360 when Viewing on Phone
When trying to leave comments on a Storyline 360 course in Review 360 on an iPhone, the comment pane disappears once we launch the course, therefore, no one can leave comments. This happens in both portrait and landscape orientations and in Chrome and Safari browsers (the only two browsers we are testing). Is there a trick to seeing the comments pane on a small device?14Views0likes4CommentsReview 360 - Can't use Comments column
We are having an issue. The Comments box in Review 360 activates like it is going to allow you to do something, but you can't type and the Post button is grayed out. We have confirmed proper Share Settings. We've had both registered and non-registered users have the same result, and we've tested in both Chrome and Edge. If it's multiple people, it's probably not a cache issue. We're using the Modern player, normal sized screens. Anyone have ideas? Thanks much!17Views0likes1CommentCan't find the current file to update for review.
When publishing to review and choosing to publish a new version of an existing item, the dropdown option the list is huge, and I think it might be maxed out. Can that scroll be made so I can get to the file that I want to update? Here's a screenshot showing the issue note: no "meetings that matter" option exists in the drop-down. Not being able to update the review files we've already worked on makes it nearly impossible to collaborate with the client fashion.6Views0likes0Comments
