Screen recording jumping back to start frame before moving onto next slide
Hi Is anybody having an issue with the screen recording feature? I have added a screen recording to my project using the 'try it' feature so it presents as a system simulation, however when completing the actions e.g clicking on a hotspot, the screen recording action will play, but then flash back to the start frame before moving onto the next slide. This doesn't make it flow very well... This hasn't happened in the past so I'm under the impression it's a software glitch?Collaboration with a team
Hello, The training team at my company has expanded from just me to three total members, yay!! We just finished our first large project, but not without some obvious shortcomings. The collaboration and sharing of projects is extremely limited. We're forced to use our company's shared server for storage of Storyline files and if you've ever tried using Storyline out of a shared server you know it's not a good experience. We have to download the newest versions to our desktop, then overwrite the existing file on the shared server each time we make a change. As I'm sure you can imagine this caused some issues, and a few files actually got corrupted along the way. We also can't figure out a way to allow anyone to publish an updated storyline file to our Review Team folder. The other team members are able to publish but not update existing projects, which means we lose all of the Review comments. Do you have any suggestions for a smoother collaboration experience, or does it not currently exist? Thank you, NateEmbedding storyline slides to Rise without converting that into a video:
Hi everybody. I have embedded a storyline file to Rise 360 that has 2 slides, moving one after the other with a button interactivity. While previewing this, on a desktop view the file looks like slides passing one after the other as I click the button, just like how it works in storyline. But I am unable to view the same in Mobile view as the tool changes these slides or images into a video.(Adding screenshots here) Is there a way to NOT convert the interactive slides into video in MOBILE VIEW? Any leads is highly appreciated. Thank you!
