Alternative to table format

Hi All,
I'm new to Articulate. Currently, I am doing a project using Articulate to convert most of SOPs into a courseware.
I am looking for some experts view on my request here.
In the current SOPs, there are some Operation tasks which is in tabulated format. These tasks could go more than 25 steps. I would like to enhance this presentation with Articulate.Preferably, I would not want to present this tabulated format in PDF and incorporate it in Articulate.
So far I've tried with Labeled Graphics and Q & A format. However, I am looking for option to show the previous and after task of the current selected task. I wonder if Articulate able to do so.
My end user wants to have the information to be showed sequentially like in the current tabulated format which helps student to easily refer to previous and after task if need to.

Hi Ian
Two thoughts spring to mind. Using Engage you could create a process interaction that could easily step through the SOP. Alternatively you could create some interactive/branched scenarios that the learner follows to discover what could go wrong if they didn't follow the SOP.
