This week we are getting reports from our users that are having issue showing completion status in our articulate courses (in our SumTotal LMS). Are there any known issues with new browser or Java releases?
it is strange because some users are not having the issue, and others are.
No I haven't tested. because its only half of our users (for example I have no issue) and its only the courses from articulate. All other courses are working fine.
We have some articleshere and here may also help clear up common LMS issues, but otherwise you would need to contact your LMS administrator for assistance.
Perhaps someone here in the community has some experience with your issue and would be able to assist as well.

Have you tested this content in SCORM Cloud to try to identify if this is Articulate related or on your LMS side?

It would be our first step towards diagnosis, so I think so Just let me know what you find.
Tested in SCORM with no issues.
Any other suggestions? i am at a loss of what else to do?
