Is there a way to level set the audio? It seems that the engage slides are so much louder then the ppt slides and some of the ppt slides are different levels...please help. Thanks!
Hi, Jean -- My apologies for the issues you are experiencing. This is a known issue in with our QA team for review. I cannot offer a workaround (other than to manually decrease volume levels on Engage files), or a timeframe in which this will be resolved, but I will share any updates I receive here in the thread.
