Audio recorded straight into Engage. How to copy or extract

May 25, 2012

Dear all,

Might there be a way to copy or extract a piece of audio that was originally recorded straight in to an engage summary?  We would like to remove the summary and have a TAB in its place using the original audio.  The staffer who recorded the piece has moved on.  Its important to keep consistency across the entire presentation - I think.

Thank you for any assistance - Nicole
