Might there be a way to copy or extract a piece of audio that was originally recorded straight in to an engage summary? We would like to remove the summary and have a TAB in its place using the original audio. The staffer who recorded the piece has moved on. Its important to keep consistency across the entire presentation - I think.
The audio files are stored in the .INTR files created by Engage. You'll have to export the audio from each step/slide separately, but it's easy. Just open open the file or interaction with the audio that you want to re-use, and then click on the Edit Audio button. From there, under the round "a" menu, there is an option to export the audio:
