In some engaged interactions when published the audio starts and restarts. The audio files alone and in preview mode are fine, but when published the html5 files and in the LMS start and then restart.
I haven't seen this happen before, so I'm glad you reached out! Are you using Engage '13 or Engage 360?
Does this happen in all web browsers, or does it only happen in certain web browsers?
If you don't mind sharing your file with us, we'd love to take a closer look! We'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting. If that works for you, you can upload your file privately to our support team here. We'll give it a test and let you know what we find!
Thanks for the additional details. Curious if you may be using an image zoom interaction? I'm seeing an open issue related to this specific one that fits what you are describing in Engage '13.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your Articulate Package to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Lots of browsers have started to block Flash by default, and if you've included HTML5 as a backup that will be the default. With Studio '13, the supported browsers are limited to Chrome and Safari, so that could explain why things aren't working as expected in IE11. Can you look at enabling Flash in IE to see if that works better for you?
You've got it, Kenneth. HTML5 output in Studio '13 is not supported for Internet Explorer. Is there a way for the LMS to identify the index_lms.html file to launch the course?

The same thing happens with IE and Mozilla. I tried wav and mp3 files. I am using Engage 13 and articulate studio 13.

Do you want the source files or the published files?
And yes it is in the image zoom interaction.
Hey Kenneth,
Thanks for confirming the interaction that you are using.
The source files are best for testing, which I see you've shared.
Downloading to take a look now. I'll reply back to you via e-mail in your case.
It seems that the LMS has changed to using the index_lms_HTML5.html instead of the index_lms.html file. Could that be the issue using IE as a browser?

Hi,
Interesting enough, the html5 file (currently being used) has the issue while the regular html file plays fine.
