In preview and published versions of my course it will only play up to a certain point. When I complete a specific Engage slide that has audio, it will not allow me to advance to the next slide. I receive the "Back Only: may only view previous slides" message.
I removed the audio and the presentation worked. Does anyone know how to resolve this? The settings are all right, the slide properties say advance by user. None are locked or branched.
Do you have any slides set to skip, by any chance? Go to Slide properties, and check that all of the slides have 'Default' checked, rather than 'Skip to slide x'. I believe this resolved the problem for another community member in the past, hopefully this will fix things for you as well.
Thank you for your response. Before I posted the question I checked the slide properties and they were all correct. We were able to identify the audio as the issue. Since posting the question we tried changing the audio format to .wav and everything works correctly.
