Blank screens

I have just upgraded to Articulate 09. With the previous version I made an on-line presentation at www.biodiversity.ecoworld.co.uk/cms/player.html

I can access this fully with my laptop but not with my PC. With the PC I get two blank panes and at the bottom is the message Slide 100 of 160. This was a problem known with the previous version, but I was not able to resolve it using suggestions in the old forum, such as loading with FTP. Other people have no difficulty in accessing this presentation with their PCs.

I have made a new presentation with Articulate 09 at www.biodiversity.ecoworld.co.uk/cms1/player.html . This gives blank screens, as above, with both my laptop and my PC.

Can anyone point me to a solution, because at the moment Articulate is useless to me.

Hi Dens, when uploading with FTP, you want to make sure that you are uploading this in binary mode. Do not leave it on Auto. Select binary for you upload and it should resolve the issue. Let us know if it works out for you.
