In the Slide properties some of the slides don't show a mini picture of the slide and these ones aren't listing in the published contents page. These slides aren't hidden although others are.
Are you able to send us your files so we can have a look at what's going on? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
