I have created a timeline where the user can click on each date and the relevant information appears. I have duplicated the slides and inserted click boxes to take the user to the information.
However, when I publish the presentation it does work! Any ideas?
It is magically working now I had to recreate the pages. However, I have a problem with one of the Engage pages for some reason one specific sentence begins after several spaces after the full stop!
Glad to hear the original problem is solved - sometimes a file can become corrupted and it just needs to be recreated.
In regards to the spacing, it's hard to tell without looking at the file itself - but have you tried looking at the spacing within the paragraph (whether it's justified, right aligned, etc.) Sometimes justified text can space out a bit awkward.
If you want to share the file here we can take a closer look at what's happening.
Thank you for your quick reply. I have checked as suggested but I can't personally see anything wrong it looks fine before it is published. I have attached the engage page hopefully you will have better luck than me! The problem only appears in the L tab right at the bottom, under 'What if I know someone else looking for work?'
If I haven't attached it properly please let me know.
I removed the parenthesis in the sentence prior and that fixed the spacing issue, although I don't know why. I then went back and inserted parenthesis as symbols instead of using the normal keyboard buttons - and the spacing stayed as you want. I am not sure why that made a difference - but the fixed version is attached for you.

Hi Salwa,
Can you share your file here so that we can take a look at it?
