Delete start tip in Engage

I've done some additional testing with your current file in Studio '09.

I can confirm that the "bubble" for the prompt is showing both during preview and after publishing when the following happens:

• Clicking on an Engage interaction without a start tip after selecting one that contains a start tip and before the start tip on the slide with the tip enabled displays. 

I've removed the engage interaction that's displaying this and inserted an interaction in English. I used a similar interaction type (Tabs) and disabled the start tip. I placed this interaction after the interaction that contains the start tip. 

The issue exists, but it's slightly different. With an English interaction, the tip shows, but with text in the tip (instead of the empty bubble).

I've also tested the slide that seems to be starting the trouble, the slide with the interaction with an enabled start tip.

I removed the secondary option entirely that had the "Weiter" text. I changed the text to "Continue" in the main start tip, just to see if the language was causing the issue. The problem still exists. 

I removed the entire slide with the interaction that has the start tip enabled. I created a new, blank interaction of the same type (Labeled Graphic). I enabled the start tip and tested. I did not experience the same issue.

It does look like it's something specific to that file.
