Engage 09 and windows 7 error

Hi
First of all, I tried searching for this issue in form and support articles, but couldn't fine anything related. Apologies if its already answered somewhere.
I have articulate installed on a WIndows 7 system and every time I launch it, I get an error
"Application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by security policy. To grant this application the required permission, contact your system administrator or use the Microsoft .NET framework configuration tool. "
If I run the application as an administrator, I get pass the first error but then I get the following error
Could you please suggest if I am missing anything obvious.

Welcome to Heroes. On your first error, when you click on details there at the bottom left, what shows up?

Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry i wasn't able to replicate the first error post running engage as admin. But i am getting the second error as soon as I click preview

Found the post for empty string and that worked. Not sure about the first error though anyways its not comming back so i am a happy camper ..Thanks
