Engage Interaction Loading issue on IE 6

We recently upgraded our SharePoint platform to 64 bit and since then we are having a strange loading issue with all our engage output modules that were functioning well for the past year or so.

When we open the page which has the engage output embedded, the screen remains on the loading circle forever. But as soon as we refresh (F5) the page, the engage loads fine and there after it loads even when we navigate away from the page and come back.

Only for the first time the engage doesn't load and stays on the pre-loader circle screen.

Not sure if it is the 64 bit SharePoint  platform or IE6 or the servers we load the engage output to? Nothing seems to fix the loading issue. Has anyone had this issue before or any suggestions that they can think of please!
