Error 404

We have an html page with links to the player.html files for various products. Our IT group has informed us of an Error 404 which is generating an internal error. The users don't see it, it just keeps appearing on the IT reports.

This is the information I can give:

• The page http://-------------------------------------/player/stealthray.swf contains this broken link:
  http://---------------------------------/data/swf/engage_257/engage.swf?vEmbedded=true

I can not find any information as to what is a engage.swf?vEmbedded=true. Any information or clue what this might be?

I also have information relating to the browser type. I could pm that with to an articulate forum employee if it helps.
