Have discovered that the 'next slide' tab at the top of the page becomes available to click on some seconds before the scroll arrow at the base of the page activates. This leads to confusion and frustration for our users as the 'next slide' button is generally the one they follow. Can anyone tell me a solution or has the same problem? My guru in Brisbane and I are stumped as we have checked all the settings and they seem fine.

Hi Leslie, I'm the 'guru' Jan is referring to...but she's far too kind. I'd like to add some info to this issue. Jan and I have today gone over the Interactions...Jan has about 10 in her Course. The Next Slide button appears fine once the learner has clicked on all spinning icons or whatever it is BUT clicking on it won't actually allow you to progress to the next slide. It's only when you activate/view the seekbar do you then notice that each icon within the interaction seems to be set to five or six seconds. Let's say I clicked all icons and then clicked on the first icon again. THis icon is set to display from 1 to 5 seconds and the seekbar stops. The learner has to click the interactions in order and only clicking the final one will the Play button activate to allow the learner to progress...Hmmm, it's hard to explain. I'll go and do a Screenr to show you what happens...have to get my IT to chang a firewall setting first so will add to this forum as soon as i have it to show you. Thank you!
Heres a video showing the behaviour. NOte that Jan has removed the Next Slide button and the forward/back so the learner doesnt click on them. She's also numbered the spinning icons to get the learner to click on them in that order. Only the fourth icon will force the seekbar to go from 20 to the final 25 seconds. If the learner clicked on say number two again, you can see that it reverses the seekbar and stops. I haven't seen this behaviour before.

I keep receiving a server error message when I try to upload the file. What should I try next? I have managed to successfully send the file to Rodney via our Intranet file transfer, but not to you.....
I think the zip files are too large. The source files are 80Mb. but at least you managed to get the published files there. I've been trying to troubleshoot this one too Leslie. I can advise;
1. Even if I change the interaction settings (there are 11 interactions in this Course) to 'Allow user to leave interactoin Anytime' it still wont' progress forward until the seekbar gets to the end. And even then the individual items within the interaction need to be clicked in a specific order...but it's not clear what that order is).
2. If you click the interaction buttons (labelled graphic or Tabs) within the interaction, the seekbar progress jumps forward and back, seemingly without logic.
3. I set the seekbar setting to 'Allow user to seek within seekbar' but that setting won't work...the interactions still progress at their own pace (five seconds per individual item within interaction).
The above settings work fine for all of my Courses and fine for Jan's others Courses too; it's just this one Course that is the issue.
Your troubleshooting appreicated.
BTW, is there another way Jan or I can uplaod the source files? I could split all the source files into individual zip files uner 10Mb. but I'll hold off until I get your recommendation.
