Hyperlinks repeating and erasing within tab
Jan 22, 2013
I have created an online lecture with 9 tabs. Each tab includes links to external videos as well as other tabs within the lecture. Everything works great except for one tab--on that tab, all of the 5 different hyperlinks I'm trying to create keep copying themselves. That is, I highlight the text for the first hyperlink and enter the url. That works great. Then I highlight the text for the second hyperlink and it works great. then I go back to the first, and my original hyperlink is now a copy of the second. I have shut down my computer, saved and closed program, created a new tab...nothing works. Every time I add a new hyperlink, it replaces all previous (within this particular tab) with that link. Help?

Hi Kristen. Welcome to the community!
That is definitely strange. Can you recreate that tab? If so, does it continue to happen in a new tab?
Thanks!
Christine
Thanks. Yes, I tried that by copying the text and re-entering hyperlinks and same result. Then I added a tab and tried re typing the text in case there was a bug in the copied text, but same result. Thanks for your help!

Hi Kristen,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! That is some odd behavior. I haven't been able to find a bug report for an issue like this Certainly looks like something we need to check out. Would you mind submitting a support case with us, so we can take a closer look? Also, please share your case number with me (you're welcome to do so here, or in a private message).
Thanks again, Kristen!
