I get "cannot download content"

Hi,

In Engage '13, I published as Web and checked all options in Publishing HTML5 and mobile devices.

I copied the output into a SharePoint server and using the latest iPad clicked on the interaction.html

The Articulate Mobile Player launched immediately but my interaction did not play. Instead, I get "cannot download content". It says some files could not be downloaded.

What am I missing?

do you have to login to share point to view the files? The mobile app cannot deal with this and would not be able to download the files

Thanks Phil. Yes, I need to login to SharePoint. But I only need to login once and I don't need to re-enter my credentials when opening files.

Have you got any work-around for viewing interactions on the iPad? Like opening it through Safari?
