I am having problems with the image zoom feature in two different Engage interactions: Accordion and Media Panel. I inserted an image into each step and checked "zoom" so learners could expand the photo. In both the preview and published versions, I can zoom the image without a problem, but when I go back to a step I already viewed (and zoomed the image), both the image and text in that step disappear. It doesn't happen on every image. I have resolved a few of the images by resizing the photo, but there are a few that I cannot fix. Any ideas?

I am able to see the behavior that you are sharing in your file, but I am unable to re-create this issue in a new file.
Please be sure that you are working locally on your files, you can conduct a repair of your software as explained here, and I would advise creating this interaction in a new file.

Hi Laura! I am not familiar with this issue nor have I seen it. Do you have a .intr file that I could take a look at?
