Inserting images into FAQs

Hello,

I haven't used Engage in quite a while so forgive me if this question is old hat (I did a serach of the forum but can't zero in on an answer).

The sample for the FAQ interaction clearly shows images in the answers. I can't find a way to place an image into the answer (and wouldn't know how to position it if I coud). It must be possible since the sample has them. I have tried drag and drop and copy paste into engage but no luck. Would someone please tell me what I am missing?

I would also like to know if I can change the colour of some text in FAQ answers. It doesn't appear to be the case but perhaps I am missing something again.

Hi Remi!

You can insert an image by clicking on the button that says "Add Media". After you select the image, you'll be able to set the positioning properties for the image.

You can also change the color of the text in your introduction and answers by clicking on the "A" button over the text field.
