I've created a module in Presenter, and some of the Engage chapters have click/reveal labels. I've made them a light yellow as per our clients request, and in preview it works fine. Once published, they're white again.
How can I fix this? I've checked my add-ins, my trust centre settings, etc, all is fine and I'm using the most up to date version.
Hi Leslie, I'm afraid the content is quite confidential to my workplace, so I can't send this out I'm afraid. Are there any steps I should be taking or checks I can do to ensure I've not done something incorrect?
Hi, Greg -- Sorry to hear of the difficulties you are experiencing! Can you please confirm that you are testing your published output in the intended environment and are experiencing the same behavior there as what you are seeing in Preview?
And with respects to client confidentiality, some community members find it beneficial to share a pared-down version of their file that still exhibits the behavior they are experiencing with sensitive client content removed. Or, you are welcome to use this form to share your file confidentially and a staff member will review your file offline; whichever you prefer! :)
Yep, all being tested in a web environment, and not working - it's just the colouring, everything else is correct. It's a real strange one! The colour changes are not pulling through, they remain white.
Hi, Greg -- Thanks for the additional information and so sorry to hear that issues persist! Without being able to see the behavior you have described and how the file itself is set up, it is difficult to provide the assistance you need to help get you back on track.
So, if you can set up a sample file that does not contain any sensitive material, it'd be great if you could share it here. Or, if you'd prefer to work directly with our Support Engineers (who will gladly sign an NDA if required), here is the form you can use to start your case submission. You will then be contacted via email (so responses will not be shared here in the thread). Whichever you prefer! :)

Hi Greg!
Would you be able to share your .intr file so that we could take a look?
