When I open Articulate Engage `13, the attached screen comes up. If I click any of the three links at the bottom (Forums, Product Tutorials or Downloads), it simply opens up my text editor to a blank screen called http, rather than linking to a URL on the web. Does this happen to anyone else?
Yes I'm connected to the internet. As I mentioned, the problem is that these links are not opening a web address. Rather, they are opening a file in my text editor called HTTP, as you can see in the attached screenshot.
I can't confirm it's a bug, as they work normally for me - what is the default browser you're using? From that screenshot i couldn't see that it was opening in a text editor as you mentioned, but I'd suggest looking into your security settings or connected with your IT team to investigate further.
