I'm running into an issue where each time we package a course one of the resulting .swf files creates an extra long filename. It seems as though when the SCO package is created the xipped file is shortened and therefore the course can't play because it can't find that long filename to refer back to.
Has anyone run into this issue? Is there an issue in the zip utility? Any help would be really appreciated!!
Thank you Peter. Is there any cost associated with this? I was under the impression that a certain level of access is required to submit cases with your engineers?

Hi Jennifer,
There's no fee for our customer support, and any files you upload are kept completely confidential.
You may want to take a look at this KB first though, to see if it addresses the issue you're experiencing.

Long Path Tool Program is a good way to solve this problem. I highly recommend it.
