Media Tour - skipping the .swf

Hi! I'm having a consistent problem with .swf files not showing in the media tour. I'm using the presentation option - interaction advances by itself playback mode. The subscript to that is "Display slides without audio or video for xx seconds" but the playback skips my .swf. My .swf is 260 seconds. Here's an image of the playback mode:

After adding your video to the interaction, the "Display slides without audio or video for..." checkbox really shouldn't have an effect on whether or not your video is appearing. Here are some common reasons and solutions for videos not playing in your published content. Or is your video not appearing in the placeholder, even before you publish the interaction?
