My audio overlaps in the published output, when I scroll back from one slide to the next. Any solutions on how to resolve this? Attached is the source file to my Engage presentation.
I am continue to experience the overlapping audio issue. I even experienced it with the published output you provided. This issue occurs when I skip a step or two in the engage presentation. Also at times when you go back a step, the audio overlaps. Any other suggestions on how we can solve this issue?
Do you have audio in PPT and in Engage interaction? I have gotten around that by including an Introduction slide in Engage and putting audio in one or the other

Yes Tricia, I have audio in my PPT slides and in my Engage interaction. I need the audio in both.
Hi, ECLN -- I checked the ticket, and it appears that the matter's being investigated by our QA Team, but the following workaround (shared by Leslie a few months ago) is still what is being suggested:
Workarounds: Refrain from navigating through the tabs too quickly. Change the navigation options for the interaction.
Unfortunately, I do not have any other updates to share at this time, but any additional information will be passed along here in the thread as we receive it.

Hi, Brittany: I believe in order for us to take a look, you'd have to upload the Engage file.
My apologies. Attached is the Engage file. I experience the audio overlapping when the presentation is published.
Thanks for your help in advance,
Brittany

Still testing Brittany I haven't forgotten ya!
Brittany - I have added this to a similar ticket with our QA Team.
I do not have a timeline to provide as to if/when this will be addressed as we have only seen one other report of this.
It is recommended that you attempt a different option for navigation to avoid the issue.
The only other option to try is to start over with a brand new presentation and see if the same issue occurs.
I will flag this thread in case there is any resolution that I will be able to post in the future.
Thanks for your help. I will continue to check back to see if your QA team solved the issue.
