I have an Engage interaction that I uploaded a video to. I need to transfer the video (just the video) to another source. However, I can't find the original file. Is there any way I can access the video file?
I'm afraid there really isn't a way to extract the video file from an Engage interaction. How long is the video? If it's a fairly short video, you could always record it using Screenr, then download the MP4 file that's created. If it's a longer video, you could always use a third-party tool to record the video, then save the file.
If you no longer have access to the original video file, I'm not sure what other options you'd have to access it again.
I hope this helps! If you're able to find any other methods, I'd be curious to hear about it.

Thanks!

I published the file and then found the video in the assets. Thanks anyway.
Awesome, glad to hear it :)
Have a great day!
Christine
If you have the published files you can extract it from the published files
