Can anyone tell me why I am getting this message at the end of my Timeline slide? Have used this type of engage slide before and not seen this message.
The next slide is a PowerPoint slide.
When I OK the message and then click Next Slide it dose move to the next slide.
You have to click through all the events so none are missed and Next slide only appears once all the events have been viewed.
I believe he message you're seeing is related to having the following setting enabled in Presenter:
Player Templates --> Navigation Tab: Restricted - user can view only current and previous slides.
Do you have any slides set to skip, by any chance? Go to Slide properties, and check that all of the slides have 'Default' checked, rather than 'Skip to slide x'. I believe this resolved the problem for another community member in the past, hopefully this will fix things for you as well if the first option doesn't work.
Yes, you're right, I did have the above setting in Player Templates as the customer wanted all the slides viewed in order. However as we are not showing the side bar I have changed the setting to 'user can view in any orde'r (which I have always used before, hence have not had the error message before!) and all is well.
