Playing Videos Not Working

I am new to Articulate and have run into several questions ...

I converted several videos into flash flv files, and added them to my course. They play during preview of the course fine, and when they are published they play on my computer correctly, but when I put the files on the web, the player buffer timer circle just rotates forever and the video never play.

Any suggestions why this is happening ?
