Presenter 13 Engage Audio is Choppy

Sep 19, 2015

I'm using a Mac OX  Yosemite 10.10.5  along with Parallels Desktop 11.0.1. The Articulate Software I'm using is Presenter '13 along with Engage. My engage audio is playing choppy after the course is published, my glossary and FAQs rollover areas not lined up with the actual button that activates when clicked, and my check mark bullets won't show up where there is a fade animation that is timed. The glossary and FAQ area has buttons, when I rollover the top button the second button highlights. When my mouse is on the top button and I click it takes me to the info for the second button. Help!?!?! I can't figure out why these three things are happening.

Hi, Meadow -- Thanks for your question and sorry to hear you are having these issues!

Can you please confirm that you are working locally as outlined in this article? Please also see this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Articulate Studio '13, as well as How to Repair Articulate Studio '13.

It's also important to make sure that you are testing your published output in the intended environment: As the article states, if you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail.

If you continue to have issues after running through the troubleshooting steps above, we'd be happy to take a look at your file if you would like to share it here. Please use the Add Attachment button in the bottom left corner of the reply box to share your Articulate Package. :)
